入選滾石雜誌史上最偉大百位藝人名單的英國搖滾歌手Elvis Costello在2011年以「Spinning Wheel巡迴演唱會」深獲好評，2012年春季，他將這輪巡迴演唱會於2011年5月11日與12日兩天在洛杉磯的The Wiltern Theatre劇場開唱的影音實況匯集成CD+DVD雙碟特輯【The Return Of The Spectacular Spinning Songbook】發行，洛杉磯時報形容：「這兩場演唱會帶來了神采飛揚的聽覺體驗，引爆激動人心的熱烈迴響。」Elvis Costello在這個由樂迷以幸運之輪遊戲方式決定演唱歌單的演唱會中，即興獻唱來自2010年專輯『National Ransom』的歌曲，還有30年歌唱生涯中的代表作，像是"Everyday I Write The Book"、"God Give Me Strength"、"(What’s So Funny ’Bout) Peace, Love And Understanding"，同時也重新詮釋The Rolling Stones樂團1966年名曲"Out Of Time"，還有與搖滾樂團The Bangles主唱Susanna Hoffs攜手合唱2002年創作曲"Tear Off Your Own Head (It’s A Doll Revolution)"。DVD的部分演唱曲目與CD不同，同時超值收錄Elvis Costello與交情深厚的The Imposters樂團成員的演唱會幕後畫面。
