許常惠

20世紀華人經典，21世紀璀璨再現

許常惠先生致力於音樂創作與傳統音樂的調查研究，並積極參與政府及音樂方面各項制度的建立，對促進臺灣音樂的制度化等有多方面的貢獻。從1956年創作第一首樂曲《那一顆星在東方》至《鄭成功》，他的音樂作品有46部（總計115首），類型包括舞台劇、清唱劇、管絃樂、室內樂、獨奏曲以及獨唱曲等，體裁豐富且多樣，頗有大作曲家的規模。
